Class of 2021 Awarded More Than $8.2 Million in Scholarships

ISLAND PACIFIC ACADEMY’s Class of 2021 has been awarded nearly $8.3 million in academic scholarships and awards. Nearly 80% of the seniors received an average of $223,000 in scholarships for a total of $8,277,430.

The IPA graduates submitted more than 308 applications to 149 colleges around the world, and will be matriculating to colleges and universities in 11 states and Japan. They will be pursuing degrees in architecture, biology, business, chemical engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, dance, finance, kinesiology, mechanical engineering, music, nursing, and psychology at top universities in the nation, including UCLA, UC Irvine, UC Davis, and Boston University.

“I am immensely proud of our graduates. Their hard work and perseverance during this difficult year did not deter them from successfully achieving their collegiate dreams,” shared Dr. Brandy Ann Sato, Secondary Principal. “I applaud the diversity of acceptances to colleges and universities. As alumni, they will take their IPA values with them as they navigate the future and go and change our world for the better.”
