What a night! Our Moonlight Speakeasy Gala brought together community partners, parents, faculty, and friends for an unforgettable evening under the lights — all in support of tuition assistance for our Navigators. From incredible jazz by The Dae Han Experience to a beautiful performance by Honolulu Classical Ballet, plus delicious food, specialty cocktails, and lively bidding, it was a true celebration of community and purpose.

Step through the hidden doors of the 1920s and into an evening of elegance, mystery, and moonlit charm. Island Pacific Academy’s 2025 Moonlight Speakeasy Gala invites you to dress to dazzle, savor the spirit of the Jazz Age, and enjoy an unforgettable night of entertainment. Beyond those doors lies something even more meaningful – the chance to open opportunities and brighter futures for our students.

Step inside our Moonlight Speakeasy for an evening filled with music, laughter, and timeless charm.
The Dae Han Experience
Dae Han is a Honolulu-based drummer, pianist, and composer whose artistry is rooted in jazz and hip hop. He has collaborated with internationally recognized talents such as Shing02, Takuya Kuroda, Maryanne Ito, and Nick Kurosawa, and has shared the stage with Honolulu and Austin legend Clay Campania.
Honolulu Classical Ballet
Honolulu Classical Ballet, led by director Romi Beppu, former Boston Ballet principal, brings talent, passion, and artistry to the Moonlight Speakeasy stage. Dancers from HCB’s Pre-Pro Collective program perform for you. With roots in Hawai’i and a legacy of international excellence, the school’s teaching faculty includes Ayami Sato, Amanda Petit, Risa Hoshi, Sayaka Chiba, and Romi Beppu. Honolulu Classical Ballet inspires the next generation of dancers through keeping classical ballet and contemporary dance vibrant and accessible for students of all ages.
