Elijah Madayag ’16 started with a passion for engineering but found his calling in the culinary arts and sustainable farming. Now the Assistant Director of Operations at Sumida Farm, he develops recipes, works with engineers, and leads community initiatives that continue to inspire Island Pacific Academy students through the school’s IPA Gives Back Day.
