ISLAND PACIFIC ACADEMY alumni got together on Thursday, August 8, to start brainstorming ideas for the 2020 All-Class Reunion planned for June. The alumni met with Gerald Terame, Head of School, and Be-Jay Kodama, Director of Advancement, for heavy pupu and drinks at the Kapolei Golf Club Restaurant.
The event was a great opportunity for the Navigators to catch up with each other and to share their ideas for a fun reunion. Those who joined in included Chelsie Baclig ’10, Tasha Nakasone ’10, Willie Carter ’10, Evan Fujimoto ’10, Sonia Lillis ’11, Alex Murphy ’16, and Rachel Novak ’17 – and even Shelden Balatico ’11 via FaceTime from L.A. Also attending were Denise Becherer, IPA board of trustee member, and Colleen Carrington, former IPA Director of Athletics.
