Hail, Navigators! ISLAND PACIFIC ACADEMY’s boys varsity volleyball team secured their place in school history on April 11, 2023 when they defeated Christian Academy to complete a perfect 11-0 season and capture their first-ever ILH Division III Varsity Boys Volleyball Championship.
It was a “whiteout” as our Navigator fans turned out in force to support their team.
The Navigators were led by Coach Stan Vincent, who came out of recent retirement to coach the team this season.
“This was the best boys team I’ve coached in like 12 years,” shared Vincent. “They had the experience and they had the know-how to play really good volleyball. So it was an honor.”
“To go undefeated, that’s saying something. They put in a lot of hard work, and I enjoyed every bit of it. It was a great season – I couldn’t ask for better.”
